Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost.
I provide thorough consultations prior to your service and I endeavour to ensure all clients leave the salon 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result I would redo your hair at no extra. This is strictly within 10 days of your visit.
